Kaskus is the largest online community in Indonesia. Kaskus engaged Somia to deliver a strategic experience blueprint across their product portfolio. Through extensive research with stakeholders, users, combined with social and technology trends, we delivered a strategic blueprint for their products, and developed the interaction details for one of their product across desktop, mobile web, iOS, and Android.

We helped a mother and child hospital to evaluate their customer experience, the internal process, and competitive landscape to identify pain points, new opportunities, and come up with a process that their internal team can adopt for continuous innovation.
One of the leading bank is redesigning its digital touchpoints to create consistent experience to its customers, including ATM, internet banking, and mobile banking. We were engaged to conduct usability testing with customers in Jakarta and Medan, to identify potential experience issues and concerns, and provide recommendations for improvements before the products are further developed and launched.
Research . Training & Workshops
We interviewed female workers and entrepreneurs to understand their motivations and pain points along important life moments. We looked into their attitude towards risk prevention and protection and how it is unique compared to men. It was followed up with a co-creation workshop where they imagine what an ideal insurance service could be like.
