What We Did

We were engaged by Google to be the local partner to conduct several research projects across different product lines, such as Google apps, search, maps, etc. Depending on the project brief, we accommodated various research methods that best fulfill the research questions. These include but not limited to in-depth interview, intercept, usability testing, service safari, card sorting, and survey.

Outcome

Ranges from insights on specific behavior of Indonesian people, up to discovery of issues on existing solutions and opportunities for new products.
